增值印后，拓展包装新未来——博斯特中国4.0战略研讨会于广州成功落幕

自6月19日博斯特广州全能办公室隆重开业以来，博斯特在华南地区的销售与服务能力得到大幅提升，从而进一步推动了博斯特中国4.0战略在华南地区的实施与推进。为进一步助力客户“博今日，赢未来”，为客户提供应对挑战的最佳解决方案，以“增值印后，拓展包装新未来”为主题的“博斯特中国4.0战略广州研讨会”于10月10日在广州召开。以广东地区为核心的，及周边湖南、湖北等省市地区的包装印刷企业、协会和媒体，逾100人参加了此次研讨会。

 

 

Since the opening of BOBST’s Guangzhou Competence House on June 19th, 2019, the capabilities of BOBST’s sales and services have been greatly enhanced in South China, and awareness of BOBST China 4.0 strategy has increased significantly. In order to help more clients “win tomorrow, today” and provide clients with the best solution to their challenges, the BOBST China 4.0 Guangzhou Seminar was held in Guangzhou on October 10th with the theme of: “Add value to post press, shape the new future for packaging." More than 100 people from packaging converters participated, along with many representatives from the packaging media and associations in South China.

At the seminar, Bobst Shanghai signed a cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Hengyuan Printing Co., Ltd. on Hengyuan  being Bobst Shanghai’s Customer Reference Factory, to further strengthen the strategic cooperation between the two sides, take advantage of their respective advantages and promote common development.

 

 

在演讲环节，来自博斯特（上海）的技术与服务专家们分享了包装印刷行业最新发展趋势，并针对当前包装印刷企业在印后加工与生产中出现的疑难问题，提出了更多适合企业发展的模切、糊盒方面的自动化、智能化的解决方案，提升生产效率和流程标准化，以及针对华南地区客户的服务方面的最新政策与措施，致力于为客户提供一套最完美的解决方案。来自粤和兴激光刀模(深圳)有限公司的专家对模切工具等方面的演讲也开拓了与会者的视野。

 

 
 

 

In the speech section, BOBST experts shared the latest development trends in the packaging and printing industry, showed clearly the puzzling question in post-press processing of packaging & printing converters, which will help them realize automation, intelligent production and improve their production efficiency and process standardization. Moreover, some latest products, solutions and policies from BOBST Services, as well as tooling solution from WOHING, were also shared.

After the presentations and technical exchanges, participants were taken to Hengyuan Printing for a site visit. An important client of BOBST in Guangdong area, Hengyuan Printing produces a wide range of high-quality products, including packaging boxes, gift bags and stationery. The company owns cutting-edge equipment, has advanced technical capabilities, excellent customer service and effective management, all of which make it a highly admired company among many well-known brand owners. Hengyuan Printing purchased its first die-cutter from BOBST more than 25 years ago and still uses it to this day. At present, Hengyuan Printing runs a number of BOBST converting machines, including SP 106 E, SP 104 BMH, and MEILONG & FULONG folding-gluing line, etc. The participants watched the onsite demonstration of SP 106 E, SP 104 BMH and MEILONG folding-gluing line. They were, in particular, greatly impressed at the speed, high productivity and quality demonstrated.

Although the seminar lasted only one day, the attendees learned the key development trends in the packaging & printing industry, heard about high-end equipment & technology with automation & intelligence, learn about new technologies and products that can solve the current pain points of the converters, and visited Hengyuan Printing, one of the top 100 packaging and printing companies in China, to see BOBST machines in action. All felt it was a very worthwhile event.
